Florez Newborn & Family Session I Scottsdale, Arizona

I am excited to share some photos from my newborn session at the Florez family's home in Scottsdale.  Baby Emilia was scheduled to make her debut to the world mid-February, but she decided she wanted to be a January baby. Plus, she heard how happy her mommy was over the maternity photos and decided she wanted her own session with me sooner rather than later! LOL. 

Newborn photo sessions are known to be hard, but I enjoyed my time with baby Emilia and the rest of the Florez family immensely. I like taking my time with clients and just going with the flow - makes things easier for everyone all around. 

Crista and Diego are parents to the most fun loving and adorable twins I know. Sofia and Lucas kept me entertained, and baby Emilia...sigh...oh the sweet baby smell! I...JUST...CAN'T...EVEN. Emilia looks exactly like Sofia when she was a baby - it's uncanny! There is so much love flowing between this wonderful family and I am truly blessed to have been chosen to photograph the newest addition to their clan.  

I had a hard time choosing my favorites from this session, but had to buckle down and do it because you all need to see the cuteness! 

The hat and badge pictured here belongs to Crista's beloved mother, Kimberley Shaughan Hall Bronson, who passed away in 2016.  She was a sergeant in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Department and was very respected in her community and loved by many. Emilia looks so peaceful here, and I can imagine that her grandmother was showering her with angel lullabies.
