Jolly Family I Gilbert, Arizona

I had such a blast during my photo session with the Jolly family, due in part to the fact that Teng is one of my closest friends! Everyone was sweating bullets in the 100+ degree weather, but resting in the shade and playing Pokemon Go in between shots sure helped.

The Jolly family loves to travel and make it a point to take annual vacations, the most recent of which was to Maui (one of my favorite destinations). Teng and Erik have been a couple for 13 years and have two handsome boys - Anthony and little Erik.

It's obvious to me how close the family is and the love they have for each other, which made it easy for me to capture those fun and sweet moments. To top off a fun evening, I joined the family for a delicious dinner at Lolo's Chicken and Waffles in downtown Gilbert - score!

Fun fact:  Teng and I have a lot in common, so much so that Facebook's facial recognition software often mistake me for her in photos! Is it because we both have blonde hair!?  Hmm...
